  Located in the Free Trade Zone of Tianjin,China,HEG OEM is close to both seaport and airports and has easy access to railways and inter-provincial highways. The company occupies a total land area of 31878 square meters with 15000 square meters production area and owns a multi-function building of total area of 5000 square meters. The company has about 500 experienced technical personnels and assembly workers.

  The company is capable of mass production of SMT,Through Hole and Mixed PCB assemblies.The company's most advanced electronic assembly equipment and process technology make the company capable of producing the most competitive products of the world.We currently have 21 automatic insertion machines, 7 full automatic SMT lines and 9 manual assembly lines, The major automatic insertion equipment include panasonic JVKIII(for jumper wires), AVKIII(for axial components), and RHSIIB(for radial components) high speed automatic insertion machines；Universal 6241F high speed axial automatic insertion machines. SMT lines include GSM series of high precision SMT machines. Siemens Hs50+high speed and Philips FCM,ACM SMT assembly machines; and BTU and SOLTEC reflow ovens.

  With advanced machines, We are able to achieve 8.16 million SMD placements/day and 8.68 million insertions/day. In addition, our inline and functional test equipment help to ensure the quality of our products.

  In the year of 2003. We have added a new line of plastic molding equipment (injection molding) which expands our capability of the Electronic Manufacturing Services.
